This website is operated by Sand Between Your Toes Pty Ltd – t/a Noosa Melting Moments. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Noosa Melting Moments. The terms and conditions set out below apply to all sales made by Noosa Melting Moments, to you, the customers. The customer is said to have accepted and is bound by these terms and conditions if the customer places an order or accepts a delivery of goods. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you should not proceed to access the website or use any services.
DAMAGED GOODS/RETURNS/REFUNDS
Every care is taken when packing your order for delivery. If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit, we will offer you a full refund or replacement provided you send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 48 hours of you receiving them.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong fragrance.
All claims MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Refunds will be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974.
GST
All prices on our website are shown inclusive of GST for Australia residents. GST will be removed on the cart/check-out page when you enter an international shipping address.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change at our discretion without notice.
LIABILITY LIMITATION
The customer agrees to limit any claim it makes to the cost of replacement of products or acquiring equivalent products, that Noosa Melting Moments shall not be liable for any loss or expense arising after 7 days from delivery (or at all once products have been unpacked, and or otherwise used) Noosa Melting Moments shall not be liable for any contingent, consequential, direct, indirect special or punitive damages with a due to negligence or otherwise and the customer acknowledges this limit of liability and agrees to limit any claim accordingly and that no other term condition agreement warranty representation and or understanding whether express or implied in any way extending to, otherwise relating to or finding upon Noosa Melting Moments other than these terms is made or given by or on behalf of Noosa Melting Moments other than these terms.
PRIVACY POLICY
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
