Please choose carefully when deciding to order from Noosa Melting Moments as we are unable to offer refunds on items due to change of mind.  We appreciate your business and invite you to ask any questions if you are unsure.  Our Candles and Diffusers are all made to order and handmade with love.

Damaged Goods: In the unfortunate event your Noosa Melting Moments order/goods arrives damaged please email us directly within 7 days of receiving your delivery hello@noosameltingmoments.com.au we will organise a replacement or refund.
